Very personable sales, very fair exchange with old car, tax changeover very well handled, very satisfied with new car - second bought there. Would have been rating of 5 save for not getting in touch between first and second visits to look at car exchange. Would recommend - and use again.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Been using Jon Glanvill's Auto Centre for car maintenance and mots for around 11 years now and have recently bought my latest car through them. Very helpful team, found a car to suit my needs and would highly recommend others to use them.

Go to Jon Glanvill- you won't regret it!

Spotted car details on Jon Glanvill site and called about it despite no photos. First contact was with Jon's son who was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the car and explained the car was not ready for sale but we could look at it anyway as long as we were aware it hadn't been valeted. We test drove the car which was as excellent as the salesman had said, and then waited a week for the MOT and valet to be completed. The salesman was a pleasure to deal with, and we met the owner and another salesman who were also very down - to - earth and lovely. The car is fantastic. Only had one issue which was no-ones fault and a bit weird - the boot developed a leak within days and the car had to go back, but as Jon Glavills have their own workshop on site, the mechanics were able to source the fault and fix it, and we've had no more trouble since. They offer a 6 month warranty on ANYTHING that goes wrong which can be extended if you want. Great car sales and fantastic team.

Top Guys - not pushy, very welcoming !

I didn't buy in the end due to an unforeseen circumstance but I can't fault this garage. Lyndon, his dad and another member of staff I met couldn't of been more welcoming and helpful. It's seems so rare these days to get a phone call back when you're told you will or someone be completely honest about a vehicle but these guys have it nailed down. Kind, no pushy at all, informative, polite and genuinely keen to meet you. A proper family business and quite obvious why they have been in business 26+ years. I couldn't buy this tile guys but I will be back some point. Thank you so much for the time you spent with me.
